On Sunday, 9 June, Headmaster Jonathan Gillespie took on his first half marathon challenge, as part of the St Albans half marathon events. His training paid off, and Jonathan was able to complete the run in a very respectable 2:03:21.

Jonathan said: “I’m very grateful for the generous sponsorship donations supporting the St Albans School Bursary Fund and The Hospice of St Francis in memory of Mick Stout – thank you very much indeed!” Jonathan’s run has raised over £4,000 including Gift Aid.
